The Starter Plan is a good fit for people who are just starting out or who already have most of their legal documents in place. If you only need a handful of agreements, this plan will work for you.
The Growth Plan is the best fit for most of our users. With that plan, you can create up to 10 agreements per year. And if you need one or two more, you can purchase them a la carte.
The Business Plan is perfect for power users who need more than 10 agreements. With the Business Plan, you can generate unlimited agreements during the year and will get unlimited access to all other features as we release them.
You can create an account for free to use the Legal Manager, which will help you identify the legal tasks you need to complete to protect your business.
You provide answers to questions about your business as part of an audit, and the Legal Manager provides you with a custom list of legal tasks that are prioritized based on the risks they pose to your business (and the amount of risk involved in solving them).
Once you have your audit, you can decide whether to sign up for a subscription to create legal agreements for your business.

We do not currently offer monthly payment plans.
The legal stuff is not something you deal with once and never have to think about again. Business owners face legal issues on an ongoing basis. That's why we have structured our plans as annual-only options.
We have considered creating annual plans that are paid monthly. Unfortunately, our payment processor does not offer the ability to break annual plans up into monthly payments.
For business owners who are not ready for an annual commitment, we offer the ability to purchase tokens to create agreements a la carte.
You can cancel at any time. Your subscription will stay active through the end of your subscription period, and you will not be rebilled. However, canceling your subscription will lose any discounts or price rates you have locked in. If you choose to reactivate your subscription, you will be subject to the pricing of Plainly Legal™ at the time of your reactivation.
We do not offer refunds. Our agreements were created by a Harvard Law Grad with deep experience in the online business market. We know our software creates high-quality agreements and that it makes it simple to create those agreements.
